Ibrance

Ibrance (palbociclib) is a prescription medication used to treat HR+/HER2- breast cancer. An oral therapy for hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer, taken with hormone therapy.

Blocks CDK4/6 enzymes to interrupt the cell cycle that drives breast cancer cell division.
