Jakafi

Jakafi (ruxolitinib) is a prescription medication used to treat Myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera. An oral treatment for certain bone-marrow cancers including myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera, as well as graft-versus-host disease.

A JAK1/2 inhibitor that blocks overactive Janus kinase signaling, which drives the abnormal blood-cell production in these conditions.
