Leqvio

Leqvio (inclisiran) is a prescription medication used to treat High cholesterol, cardiovascular disease. A twice-yearly injection that lowers LDL cholesterol, given by a healthcare provider just two times per year after the first doses.

A small interfering RNA therapy that reduces the liver's production of PCSK9, increasing LDL clearance from the blood.
