Panadol

Panadol (paracetamol) is a prescription medication used to treat Pain relief, fever. Panadol is one of the most recognized brands in New Zealand, used for mild to moderate pain relief and fever reduction. Available in many formulations for adults and children.

Paracetamol works in the brain and spinal cord to block pain signals and reduce fever, though its exact mechanism is not fully understood. It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system without the gastrointestinal side effects of NSAIDs.
