Skyrizi

Skyrizi (risankizumab) is a prescription medication used to treat Plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease. Skyrizi is a quarterly injection advertised in Canada for adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and Crohn's disease.

Skyrizi targets and blocks interleukin-23 (IL-23), a cytokine that promotes the inflammatory pathways driving psoriasis and Crohn's disease. Blocking IL-23 reduces the inflammatory cycle.
