Syfovre

Syfovre (pegcetacoplan) is a prescription medication used to treat Geographic atrophy (advanced dry AMD). An eye injection for geographic atrophy, an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration that destroys central vision.

A complement C3 inhibitor that slows the immune-driven breakdown of light-sensing cells in the retina.
