Tremfya

Tremfya (guselkumab) is a prescription medication used to treat Plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis. A biologic for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis given as an injection every eight weeks after starter doses.

Blocks interleukin-23 (IL-23) to interrupt the inflammatory cascade that produces psoriasis plaques and joint inflammation.

Commonly reported side effects of Tremfya include Respiratory infections, Headache, Injection site reactions, Joint pain, and Diarrhea. This is not a complete list — tell your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects you experience.
