Verzenio

Verzenio (abemaciclib) is a prescription medication used to treat HR+/HER2- breast cancer. An oral targeted therapy for hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, often combined with hormone therapy.

Inhibits CDK4 and CDK6 enzymes that cancer cells need to divide, slowing or stopping tumor growth.
