Vyndamax

Vyndamax (tafamidis) is a prescription medication used to treat Transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy. An oral once-daily capsule for ATTR-CM, a condition where a misfolded protein builds up in the heart muscle and leads to heart failure.

Stabilizes the transthyretin (TTR) protein so it does not break apart and form the amyloid deposits that stiffen the heart.

Commonly reported side effects of Vyndamax include Generally well tolerated, Mild nausea, and Diarrhea. This is not a complete list — tell your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects you experience.
