Vyvgart

Vyvgart (efgartigimod alfa) is a prescription medication used to treat Generalized myasthenia gravis. An infused treatment for generalized myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness, in adults who are anti-AChR antibody positive.

An FcRn antagonist that lowers the harmful antibodies attacking the connection between nerves and muscles.
