Xarelto (rivaroxaban) is a prescription medication used to treat Blood clots, atrial fibrillation. Xarelto is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) that reduces the risk of stroke and blood clots in people with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, and treats and prevents deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
