Tepezza

Tepezza (teprotumumab) is a prescription medication used to treat Thyroid eye disease. The first FDA-approved medicine for thyroid eye disease, an autoimmune condition that causes the eyes to bulge, become inflamed, and push forward.

An infused antibody that blocks the IGF-1 receptor, interrupting the immune signaling that drives the swelling and tissue buildup behind the eye.
